At night, while adults unwind with a movie, kids can have a blast playing Xbox. To top it off, children will be thrilled to sleep in one of the two delightful twin bedrooms, themed after Harry Potter and Frozen.

In the bright and colourful converted garage, you’ll find table tennis, shuffleboard, foosball and posters hanging on the wall. And if the designated games room wasn’t enough, elsewhere there’s an X-box that kids can enjoy on the flat-screen TV whilst you adults gather at the poker table for a night of bluffing and stiff competition.

The home’s private pool area is a real beauty. With no rear neighbours, it’s like having your own backyard tropical oasis with nothing but Florida’s lush countryside to look out onto. Themed Bedrooms

All of the villa’s bedrooms on offer are lovely in their own right, but it’s the themed twin bedrooms that stand out most. Mini-ice princesses can slumber with Anna and Elsa in the sparkly Frozen bedroom fit for royalty, whilst aspiring witches and wizards can cast their spells in the Harry Potter bedroom featuring broomsticks on the wall and Hogwarts-style candle lighting.

Solterra Resort lies in leafy Davenport with easy access to Interstate 4 – Orlando’s theme-park gateway. Useful Information

**EXCLUSIVE** Price includes a complimentary welcome pack with everyday essentials (milk, bread, jam, butter, tea, coffee, water, cereal and juice), along with all pre-arrival cleaning fees and taxes. Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.

All Solterra Resort (incl. Villatel Village) customers are required to register for a resort parking permit on arrival. Failure to register and obtain a parking permit will result in unauthorised vehicles being towed without warning. Ocean Beds and Solterra Resort will not be held responsible for any costs incurred by customers having to retrieve their vehicle back from the tow company.

Upon arrival, guests are required to visit the Vesta Desk Services situated at the clubhouse in order to register for a parking permit and also pay for the resort fee.

There is an optional Resort Fee applicable for all Solterra Resort guests wishing to have access to the communal amenities, including the Water Park, Lazy River and Slides, Tennis, Common Green areas and Gym.

The fee will be $39.20 for 1-12 guests and $50.40 for 13+ guests (inclusive of taxes) wishing to access the resort amenities. The fee is per property for the duration of your stay.

Please note that this charge is optional and only applicable if guests wish to partake in the resort amenities during their stay. Guests who opt-out will not be charged.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
