Villa Features

Solterra Resort offers guests the best of both worlds with a wonderful and convenient location to some of Orlando's most famous attractions, as well as world-class shopping, restaurants and entertainment. While in-resort there is plenty to occupy everyone of all ages, from sports courts and a state-of-the-art fitness centre to the kids' playground and excellent clubhouse with resort pool, slides and a lazy river.

Whether you want to keep up the active pace on your days off from roaming the theme parks, or wish to totally unwind and relish in the luxury of some down time, there's something for everyone. But of course, within your home-away-from-home you have heaps of entertainment, so you don't even have to leave the house!

Games Room

If heading into the resort is just too much effort, don't forget you've got your very own games room right at the villa! With an excellent range of tabletop sports such as pool, foosball, air hockey and even an all-American Skee-Ball machine, plus two arcade machines and a lounge-worthy sofa from which to kick back and watch TV.

Themed Bedrooms

Two of its five bedrooms have been brilliantly designed with on-theme décor and are the perfect spaces for the smallest members of your party. There is an impressive Harry Potter-themed room with two double beds as well as a Mickey Mouse-themed room with double bunk beds, offering fun and a touch of magic even when the kids have returned home from the parks.

Laze by the zero-entry swimming pool in a poolside cabana or dive into the cool blue water. To enhance the fun day at the pool, whoosh down the water slides and grab an inflatable tube to float your way along the lazy river. There’s also pool volleyball to keep you active while feeling refreshed.

Restaurant onsite

You deserve a break from cooking, so pop into Solterra Resort’s onsite eatery, Café Sol. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, the poolside restaurant offers a variety of dishes, from light bites to healthy options, juicy favourites, and signature chef’s specials. Order one of their frozen icees for a refreshing cool down in the sunshine, or browse their extensive beer and wine list.

Location

Solterra Resort lies in leafy Davenport with easy access to Interstate 4 – Orlando’s theme-park gateway. Superb for Walt Disney World holiday goers, it’s only a 12-mile ride to the Most Magical Place on Earth. Championship and country club golf courses are nearby for a leisurely putt on the green, while convenient shopping centres are just a stone’s throw away, offering everything you need for a relaxing holiday.

Useful Information

**EXCLUSIVE** Price includes a complimentary welcome pack with everyday essentials (milk, bread, jam, butter, tea, coffee, water, cereal and juice), along with all pre-arrival cleaning fees and taxes. Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.

All Solterra Resort (incl. Villatel Village) customers are required to register for a resort parking permit on arrival. Failure to register and obtain a parking permit will result in unauthorised vehicles being towed without warning. Ocean Beds and Solterra Resort will not be held responsible for any costs incurred by customers having to retrieve their vehicle back from the tow company.

Upon arrival, guests are required to visit the Vesta Desk Services situated at the clubhouse in order to register for a parking permit and also pay for the resort fee.

There is an optional Resort Fee applicable for all Solterra Resort guests wishing to have access to the communal amenities, including the Water Park, Lazy River and Slides, Tennis, Common Green areas and Gym.

The fee will be $39.20 for 1-12 guests and $50.40 for 13+ guests (inclusive of taxes) wishing to access the resort amenities. The fee is per property for the duration of your stay.

Please note that this charge is optional and only applicable if guests wish to partake in the resort amenities during their stay. Guests who opt-out will not be charged.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
