Villa Description

Alongside the ground-floor living, kitchen and dining space there is a dedicated ‘relax room’ with a dry sauna and massage chairs, as well as an actual glow-in-the-dark mini-golf room – even the putters and balls glow!

Head upstairs to find the incredible games room complete with an assortment of classic arcade games, fun tabletop sports and even a jukebox in the corner to set the mood. At the far end you’ll find an unbelievable deep space-themed home theatre, accessed via airlock passenger doors it offers an immersive experience and the perfect spot to watch a movie. Also, the home’s custom “You Are Here” map in the living room is a delightful addition to help you find your way around the resort and wider area!

While staying at Solterra, take the time to stroll the resort grounds and find the 5,600 sq ft clubhouse with arcade and fitness centre. Behind that rests the expansive resort pool, which is edged by luxury cabanas, and with a lazy river, water slides and poolside tiki bar, it’s the ideal retreat to soak up the sunshine.

Useful Information

**EXCLUSIVE** Price includes a complimentary welcome pack with everyday essentials (milk, bread, jam, butter, tea, coffee, water, cereal and juice), along with all pre-arrival cleaning fees and taxes. Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.

All Solterra Resort (incl. Villatel Village) customers are required to register for a resort parking permit on arrival. Failure to register and obtain a parking permit will result in unauthorised vehicles being towed without warning. Ocean Beds and Solterra Resort will not be held responsible for any costs incurred by customers having to retrieve their vehicle back from the tow company.

Upon arrival, guests are required to visit the Vesta Desk Services situated at the clubhouse in order to register for a parking permit and also pay for the resort fee.

There is an optional Resort Fee applicable for all Solterra Resort guests wishing to have access to the communal amenities, including the Water Park, Lazy River and Slides, Tennis, Common Green areas and Gym.

The fee will be $39.20 for 1-12 guests and $50.40 for 13+ guests (inclusive of taxes) wishing to access the resort amenities. The fee is per property for the duration of your stay.

Please note that this charge is optional and only applicable if guests wish to partake in the resort amenities during their stay. Guests who opt-out will not be charged.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date. If your PPF is already included in the price, the registration portal will display them as already paid.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
