Villa Description

Upon entering and a few steps past the foyer leads you to the expansive living, kitchen, and dining area, which is beautifully decorated in a typical Floridian style and equipped with high-quality, contemporary furnishings and all mod cons – it’s a great communal space for family meals and simply just hanging out on days off from riding all those rollercoasters.

Entertainment wise, the brilliant games room is where you can challenge each other to a game of pool or foosball, or show off your gaming skills by beating the high score on the arcade machine. A variety of uniquely designed grown-ups’ and kids’ bedrooms offer everyone their own private haven, while the grand, tiki-inspired pool deck is a place you will spend hours on end under the warm Florida sun.

Villa Features

This fabulous home boasts a range of entertainment and activities for the whole family to enjoy when taking some time out from exploring outside of the resort. But your enviable location means you remain close to major attractions like Walt Disney World and Disney Springs, which are both under fifteen minutes’ drive away.

Meanwhile, closer to home within Solterra Resort itself, there is a lively 5,600 sq ft clubhouse with arcade and state-of-the-art fitness centre, as well as a huge resort pool with lazy river if you are looking for a more leisurely pace.

Games Room

The large upstairs games room is inspired by the beauty of Florida Springs – bet you didn’t know there are more than 1,000 in the state – and features a pool table, stand-up arcade machine and a foosball table. This cool hangout will appeal to both adults and kids who want to unwind and take part in a little family competition to see who the holiday champion is!

Spa

The expansive pool, spa and patio area is decked out in a tiki style, with brightly coloured walls, palm tree murals and beach hut-style furniture for a very laid-back vibe. You’ll spend a lot of time out here splashing around in the pool and soaking weary feet in the bubbles of its adjoining spa. You deserve a break from cooking, so pop into Solterra Resort’s onsite eatery, Café Sol. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, the poolside restaurant offers a variety of dishes, from light bites to healthy options, juicy favourites, and signature chef’s specials. Order one of their frozen icees for a refreshing cool down in the sunshine, or browse their extensive beer and wine list.

Location

Solterra Resort lies in leafy Davenport with easy access to Interstate 4 – Orlando’s theme-park gateway. Superb for Walt Disney World holiday goers, it’s only a 12-mile ride to the Most Magical Place on Earth. Championship and country club golf courses are nearby for a leisurely putt on the green, while convenient shopping centres are just a stone’s throw away, offering everything you need for a relaxing holiday.

Useful Information

**EXCLUSIVE** Price includes a complimentary welcome pack with everyday essentials (milk, bread, jam, butter, tea, coffee, water, cereal and juice), along with all pre-arrival cleaning fees and taxes. Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.

All Solterra Resort (incl. Villatel Village) customers are required to register for a resort parking permit on arrival. Failure to register and obtain a parking permit will result in unauthorised vehicles being towed without warning. Ocean Beds and Solterra Resort will not be held responsible for any costs incurred by customers having to retrieve their vehicle back from the tow company.

Upon arrival, guests are required to visit the Vesta Desk Services situated at the clubhouse in order to register for a parking permit and also pay for the resort fee.

There is an optional Resort Fee applicable for all Solterra Resort guests wishing to have access to the communal amenities, including the Water Park, Lazy River and Slides, Tennis, Common Green areas and Gym.

The fee will be $39.20 for 1-12 guests and $50.40 for 13+ guests (inclusive of taxes) wishing to access the resort amenities. The fee is per property for the duration of your stay.

Please note that this charge is optional and only applicable if guests wish to partake in the resort amenities during their stay. Guests who opt-out will not be charged.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
