Villa Description

As soon as you enter the house, you’re greeted by a spacious, open layout including a living area, kitchen, and dining area, all furnished in a contemporary yet comfortable style. The 5,600 sq ft clubhouse features an arcade and state-of-the-art fitness centre, while the huge resort pool has water slides and a lazy river, edged by a cool poolside tiki bar and grill if you fancy some light snacks. Further afield, you’ll find you’re just minutes away from a plethora of shops, restaurants and entertainment in the local area if you fancy a change of scenery.

Solterra Resort lies in leafy Davenport with easy access to Interstate 4 – Orlando’s theme-park gateway. Superb for Walt Disney World holiday goers, it’s only a 12-mile ride to the Most Magical Place on Earth. Championship and country club golf courses are nearby for a leisurely putt on the green, while convenient shopping centres are just a stone’s throw away, offering everything you need for a relaxing holiday.

Useful Information

**EXCLUSIVE** Price includes a complimentary welcome pack with everyday essentials (milk, bread, jam, butter, tea, coffee, water, cereal and juice), along with all pre-arrival cleaning fees and taxes. Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.

Solterra Resort’s lazy river, resort pool, hot tub and bar area will undergo enhancements from September 2026, with the affected facilities unavailable during the works and completion anticipated by 14 December 2026. The Clubhouse will remain open throughout, with Café Sol, the fitness centre, sports courts and other services and activities continuing to operate.

All Solterra Resort (incl. Villatel Village) customers are required to register for a resort parking permit on arrival. Failure to register and obtain a parking permit will result in unauthorised vehicles being towed without warning. Ocean Beds and Solterra Resort will not be held responsible for any costs incurred by customers having to retrieve their vehicle back from the tow company.

Upon arrival, guests are required to visit the Vesta Desk Services situated at the clubhouse in order to register for a parking permit and also pay for the resort fee.

There is an optional Resort Fee applicable for all Solterra Resort guests wishing to have access to the communal amenities, including the Water Park, Lazy River and Slides, Tennis, Common Green areas and Gym.

The fee will be $39.20 for 1-12 guests and $50.40 for 13+ guests (inclusive of taxes) wishing to access the resort amenities. The fee is per property for the duration of your stay.

Please note that this charge is optional and only applicable if guests wish to partake in the resort amenities during their stay. Guests who opt-out will not be charged.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date. If your PPF is already included in the price, the registration portal will display them as already paid.

We recommend adding pool heating for stays between October and April. This is optional and available during these months only. If your home includes a spa, please note that it is not automatically heated and requires pool heating to be added if you would like it heated.
