Villa Description

Villa Features

Solterra Resort is a wonderful villa community and one of the newest in the Davenport area of Orlando. Minutes away from the resort are loads of restaurants, shops and attractions, and within fifteen minutes by car, you can be at Walt Disney World Resort, Disney Springs, and the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex to some truly epic days out.

Staying close to home isn’t so bad, however, with beautiful, lush grounds to explore as well as a 5,600 sq ft clubhouse, huge resort pool with slides and a lazy river, plus a host of sporting facilities that will keep everyone active and occupied for hours on end.

Games Room

Taking over the upper-floor loft area is a vibrant games room complete with huge pool table in the middle. With colourful murals and a vibrant, Cuban theme, it provides a wonderful hangout spot for teens and grown-ups ready to challenge each other to a game or two. Guests must register and check in online at www.oceanbeds/register using their Ocean Beds Booking reference and lead passenger surname to login to have access to the voucher. Registration is available to complete at any time after booking.

This is an individual home contracted directly with the homeowner via a property management company. Please note that in the event that the home becomes unavailable before your stay due to the home being sold or removed from rental by the property manager, you will be offered an alternative home as per our booking conditions.
