Villa Description

Upon entering the home, the three large framed 86-inch Samsung TVs in the spacious and well-lit living area will instantly catch your eye. The enormous and comfy sectional sofa will become your go-to spot for entertaining and socialising with friends and family. Over to the right is the expansive kitchen and dining area. Equipped with stainless-steel appliances (dual refrigerators and dishwashers), a large island, and granite countertops - the chef in the group will surely have a great time preparing meals for everyone!

On a cool day, open the sliding doors to let the breeze in, then step outside and take a dip on your private resort-style pool complete with outdoor kitchen, gourmet grill and furniture for all your entertainment and al fresco dining needs.

Useful Information

**EXCLUSIVE** Price includes a complimentary welcome pack with everyday essentials (milk, bread, jam, butter, tea, coffee, water, cereal and juice), along with all cleaning fees and taxes. Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.

All Solterra Resort (incl. Villatel Village) customers are required to register for a resort parking permit on arrival. Failure to register and obtain a parking permit will result in unauthorised vehicles being towed without warning. Ocean Beds and Solterra Resort will not be held responsible for any costs incurred by customers having to retrieve their vehicle back from the tow company.

Upon arrival, guests are required to visit the Vesta Desk Services situated at the clubhouse in order to register for a parking permit and also pay for the resort fee.

There is an optional Resort Fee applicable for all Solterra Resort guests wishing to have access to the communal amenities, including the Water Park, Lazy River and Slides, Tennis, Common Green areas and Gym.

The fee will be $39.20 for 1-12 guests and $50.40 for 13+ guests (inclusive of taxes) wishing to access the resort amenities. The fee is per property for the duration of your stay.

Please note that this charge is optional and only applicable if guests wish to partake in the resort amenities during their stay. Guests who opt-out will not be charged.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
