Villa Description

Comfortably sleeping twelve, this rental features two master king bedrooms and two queen rooms. Designed to satisfy little ones, themed Minion and Mickey twin rooms feature a thirty-two-inch TV and charming decorated walls.

The fully-equipped kitchen, with its upgraded appliances, overlooks the dining room table and breakfast bar which both provide ample seating for all. The living room features a cosy wraparound sofa and a sixty-five-inch flat-screen. If that's not enough, head upstairs to the loft which has all the amenities of the living room and a fifty-inch TV to match.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
