Villa Description

Magnificent touches pervade through the home, starting with the large open-plan living space, which beckons you to relax and unwind together. The chef of the group will adore the gourmet kitchen that features lots of prep space on the solid surface counters and stainless-steel appliances. Four can belly up to the kitchen bar with unique bar stools and distinctive wood accent wall. For larger group meals, ten guests can dine at the Mad Men-inspired dining table, which overlooks the patio doors out to the pool.

Another pretty wood accent wall anchors the living room flat-screen TV and a large sectional couch offers plenty of seating. The cosy living area upstairs comes with a huge projector TV and large, plush couch for optimal movie viewing. Each bedroom is individually designed with plush furnishings and comfortable bedding. From the handsome headboard to the textured accent walls to glossy built-in nightstand cabinets, as well as sleek en suite bathrooms with walk-in showers and tubs.

Villa Features

Head out to the back patio where the kids can splash in the sparkling pool to their hearts' content. The screened-in pool deck overlooks a pretty pond and has plenty of seating with lounge chairs and an outdoor dining area, the perfect spot for al fresco dining at any time of day or night.

And to please the little ones - and make bedtime a lot easier - there are two beautifully themed bedrooms set to inspire, amuse, and provide comfortable spaces for sleeping, playing, and relaxing!

Games Room

The kids (and big kids of the group) will never want to leave the incredible games room, which has been lovingly and professionally decorated with epic superhero murals. This bright hangout space has two video game stations, a pool table and Skee-Ball machine to keep everyone entertained for hours on end.

Themed Bedrooms

Just off the upstairs loft is an immersive Star Wars-themed bedroom with Darth Vader and Storm trooper décor and three full beds, providing enough space for six young Jedis to rest their weary heads at night. If galaxies and space aren't your thing, check out the beautifully designed Disney Princess-themed bedroom with pink accents, adorable posters, and a twin bed and double bed for three little princesses to have fun. The Minions and Mickey Mouse also make an appearance in two of the other bedrooms, offering loads of colourful options to choose from!

Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
