Villa Description

The home has two living areas to spread out and relax - a central space downstairs with a view to the pool deck, and cosy loft space upstairs - both feature comfortable sofa seating and large-screen TVs. The kitchen has recently been updated with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, with everything you may need to cater for your family. There is a breakfast area with farmhouse table and a formal dining area to share meals and snacks together.

The exterior pool deck is where you will find your own private pool and spa. This tranquil spot faces west and enjoys the sunshine throughout the afternoon, allowing you to make the most of the classic Florida outdoor lifestyle.

Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
