Themed Bedrooms

The home's nine generous bedrooms each offer comfortable beds topped in a soft, quality linens, flat-screen TVs, access to adjoining en suite bathrooms and plenty of space to unpack and make yourself at home. Four rooms have been lovingly designed with the kids in mind and include a range of twin and bunk beds as well as vibrant themes and colours based on many beloved movies and characters. Choose between Frozen, Star Wars, Minions, and Spider-Man themes for an exciting stay!

Windsor at Westside Resort has implemented a $20 parking fee per vehicle, per stay, effective immediately. This fee will be collected upon arrival, so guests should be prepared to pay $20 per vehicle at the time of entry.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
