Villa Description

The living area features a large flat-screen TV and large comfy seating for your viewing pleasure on lazy days at home. Just a few steps away, you'll find the dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen boasting granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances for quick and easy meal prep. This can be a social spot where you can hang out and enjoy your morning coffee at the breakfast bar, which has additional seating.

On this ground floor, you'll find the first bedroom, which is equipped with a queen-size bed and adjacent bathroom. Head upstairs for the master bedroom that offers a king-size bed and en suite bathroom, as well as two themed twin bedrooms and another spacious queen room. The upstairs loft area provides more in the way of entertainment and functions as a second living room aka the perfect movie watching spot - don't forget the popcorn!

**EXCLUSIVE** Price includes a complimentary welcome pack with everyday essentials (milk, bread, jam, butter, tea, coffee, water, cereal and juice), along with all pre-arrival cleaning fees and taxes. Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.

Windsor at Westside Resort has implemented a $20 parking fee per vehicle, per stay, effective immediately. This fee will be collected upon arrival, so guests should be prepared to pay $20 per vehicle at the time of entry.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
