Villa Description

This spacious town house features a lovely communal living area, complete with a large fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, granite counter-tops, stainless-steel appliances and all the amenities of home. The dining area will comfortably seat six people for sit-down meals, and the patio area outside is perfect for lunch while the kids play around in the private splash pool.

Each of the individually furnished bedrooms features its own flat-screen TV, so there should be no fighting for the remote. And you'll have access to a washer and dryer and free Wi-Fi during your stay for that at-home feel!

**EXCLUSIVE** Price includes a complimentary welcome pack with everyday essentials (milk, bread, jam, butter, tea, coffee, water, cereal and juice), along with all pre-arrival cleaning fees and taxes. Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.

Windsor at Westside Resort has implemented a $20 parking fee per vehicle, per stay, effective immediately. This fee will be collected upon arrival, so guests should be prepared to pay $20 per vehicle at the time of entry.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
