Villa Description

The layout downstairs is open-plan and spacious. You'll find a large gourmet kitchen complete with granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and ample counter space, plus all the cookware and utensils you'll need to create delicious meals and snacks for the group. Gather around the charming dining room table for a late-night dinner, and enjoy your breakfast along the kitchen island. The living room couches are super comfortable and provide the perfect spot for kicking back and watching your favourite movies and shows on the wall-mounted flat-screen TV.

Each bedroom is a haven of comfort with its own TV, and with a mix of king, queen, twin and bunk beds, there's a beautiful space for every guest in your party. Two rooms have been lovingly decorated with the younger holidaymaker in mind, with whimsical Disney and Minions décor to brighten up their stay and spark fun and imagination all day long!

**EXCLUSIVE** Price includes a complimentary welcome pack with everyday essentials (milk, bread, jam, butter, tea, coffee, water, cereal and juice), along with all pre-arrival cleaning fees and taxes. Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.

Windsor at Westside Resort has implemented a $20 parking fee per vehicle, per stay, effective immediately. This fee will be collected upon arrival, so guests should be prepared to pay $20 per vehicle at the time of entry.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
