Villa Description

Comfortably accompanyinggroups of up to ten people, with five spacious bedrooms and five baths over 2,382 square feet, this villa is the perfect base for your Florida holiday. Its location within the stunning Windsor Hills gated community means you'll bejust 1.5 miles from the golden gates of Walt Disney World - which can be reached, alongside SeaWorldand Universal Studios, by shuttle bus service.

Each bedroom has its own flat-screen TV, whilethe living room features a brand new 65" 4k SMART TV with a Blu-ray/DVD player and 5.1 surround sound - should movie nights call after a busy day. When bedtime calls, the kids will have no trouble settling into their cool Lego-themed bed spreads!

**EXCLUSIVE** Price includes a complimentary welcome pack with everyday essentials (milk, bread, jam, butter, tea, coffee, water, cereal and juice), along with all pre-arrival cleaning fees and taxes. Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
