Villa Description

This welcoming villa is designed for easy family living, with plenty of space for everyone to gather, dine, and unwind after fun-filled days in Central Florida. The fully-equipped kitchen makes self-catering simple, with a dining table seating six guests and an additional breakfast table seating four.

Step outside to enjoy your own private north-east-facing pool and spa, where you can cool off in the water, relax poolside, or enjoy al fresco meals at the outdoor dining table. With the clubhouse just a four-minute walk away, you’re also perfectly placed to make the most of Windsor Hills Resort’s fantastic amenities.

Please note: Windsor Hills Resort allows a maximum of 3 cars. Parking rules should be collected at the guard gate and are strictly enforced. Guests must not block the sidewalk or park on the street, as vehicles may be towed. A 3rd car must be parked parallel to the driveway to avoid blocking the sidewalk.

Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date. If your PPF is already included in the price, the registration portal will display them as already paid.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
