The spacious kitchen, complete with everything you need, is a great spot for self-catering, too.

Please note that the splash pad and waterslides at Windsor Hills Resort clubhouse are scheduled for refurbishment from 5th of January through 13th of February 2026, and will be closed during this period.

Please note that the main resort pool, hot tub, and all other facilities will remain open and available for guests to enjoy.

**EXCLUSIVE** Price includes a complimentary welcome pack with everyday essentials (milk, bread, jam, butter, tea, coffee, water, cereal and juice), along with all cleaning fees and taxes. Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
