Villa Description

The spacious living area features comfortable sofa seating and a large-screen TV with cable channels. There is a view out to the pool area through sliding glass doors, so you can enjoy that indoor-outdoor lifestyle with ease. The kitchen is well-equipped with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, as well as all the tools and cookware you will need to cater for your group. There is a bright breakfast nook for a quick bite and a formal dining area to share meals together. Of course you can always eat outside by the pool too and savour that al fresco experience!

This home features three master king bedrooms, with two located downstairs and one upstairs. There are two whimsical themed bedrooms on offer for kids (and big kids) who'd love a touch of enchantment to their stay. Downstairs features a Mickey Mouse-themed bedroom, while on the next floor there is a Minnie Mouse-themed bedroom, each with two twin beds. All bedrooms have a flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, and access to its own bathroom.

Just a short walk away from the home is the large community pool and water park. The resort clubhouse offers a handy front desk, fitness centre, arcade room, convenience store and movie theatre. There are also tennis, volleyball, and basketball courts together with a putting green - so you'll never be short of things to occupy you on your rest days!

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
