The number of wristbands for this unit is a maximum of 8. All individuals must wear their wristbands on their wrist at all times while using the clubhouse amenities.

It's just three miles to Walt Disney World Resort, and within half an hour's drive of Universal Studios and SeaWorld Orlando. For added convenience, a Walmart Supercenter is situated just one mile away, as well as a range of great dining options if you don't feel like cooking!

Please note that the splash pad and waterslides at Windsor Hills Resort clubhouse are scheduled for refurbishment from 5th of January through 13th of February 2026, and will be closed during this period.

Please note that the main resort pool, hot tub, and all other facilities will remain open and available for guests to enjoy.

Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
