Villa Description

Step into this bright and spacious property where comfort and convenience come together for the perfect family getaway. The open-concept living area features modern, comfy couches that provide the perfect spot for relaxing after a day at the parks. While the fully-equipped kitchen makes mealtimes easy. Outside, the screened-in patio offers a private escape with sun loungers and your very own splash pool for daytime dips and evening laps. Best of all, it overlooks a peaceful grassy area, offering extra space and privacy.

With room for up to eight guests, this home includes three inviting bedrooms, including a king master suite with a 50-inch TV and en suite bathroom upstairs, and a queen bedroom on the ground floor. Kids will be thrilled with their own galactic-themed space room, featuring two sets of bunk beds for fun sleepovers every night, as well as an en suite bathroom and their own Xbox One for endless fun.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
