Villa Description

The stunning bedrooms of this home spread across two floors. Upstairs, guests will find a queen bedroom, a twin bedroom and two further, rather special, kids bedrooms. Downstairs boasts a delightful master king bedroom with comfortable mattress and indulgent soft furnishings.

The living space features a fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar seating four, a dining table seating eight and a comfortable living area with large flat-screen TV. The games room plays host to air hockey and foosball tables which work to keep entertainment flowing well into the evening, whilst outdoors the large sparkling swimming pool and spa is on hand for leisurely dips.

Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.

Please note that new parking regulations will be effective immediately at Windsor Island Resort. If you plan to have more than 3 cars (including visitors) during your stay, please contact us to check the maximum allowance for your home.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
