Villa Description

This fantastic home has a lovely open floor plan throughout its main living areas, ensuring lots of space for everyone to spread out. Enter into the huge downstairs space and enjoy the well-equipped kitchen with quartz countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and large island with seating. You can also utilise the large dining table and spacious living room, which has comfortable seating and large flat-screen TV for total relaxation. This open space has a great view out the patio doors to the covered lanai and large pool beyond!

Upstairs, you'll find a large lounge area with a 100-inch projector screen and a cosy seating area, offering a great place to watch movies together in the comfort of your own home. Make the most of the standard-size pool table and air hockey table when the competitive feeling takes hold and spend hours up here with your loved ones, hanging out and having loads of fun.

Themed Bedrooms

Downstairs you will find two large king master suites each with its own en suite bathroom and one featuring direct access to the pool deck. You will find eight more bedrooms upstairs, including three amazing kids' themed rooms, each dedicated to beloved characters and films including the cheeky Minions, Frozen, and Star Wars with a range of different bed sizes. These colourful bedrooms provide restful spots that are sure to delight and entertain the youngest members of your party, making bedtime a lot more appealing!

Head upstairs to the loft area, which provides a wonderful entertainment space away from the main living area and can be used by guests of all ages. Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.

Please note that new parking regulations will be effective immediately at Windsor Island Resort. If you plan to have more than 3 cars (including visitors) during your stay, please contact us to check the maximum allowance for your home.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
