Villa Description

Every room in this impressive villa (and there’s a lot of them) has been finished with five-star attention to detail, whether you’re after luxury or impressive theming straight out of the local Universal parks! Hang out around your sun-kissed natural stone patio, butter up some popcorn in the theatre (with its own popcorn machine), or simply find a spot on one of the many sofas with nothing but an icy drink and a good book for company.

The downstairs living area is where the family action unfolds, with the space boasting high-end furnishings for that VIP feel and a huge open-plan breakfast island kitchen for meals fuelling you for your theme park adventures. But the main attraction? It’s the Jurassic Park games room complete with air hockey, a full-sized pool table and PlayStation 4 console whenever a night of competitive fun is calling…Just watch out for the T-Rexes!

**EXCLUSIVE** Price includes a complimentary welcome pack with everyday essentials (milk, bread, jam, butter, tea, coffee, water, cereal and juice), along with all cleaning fees and taxes. Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.

Please note that new parking regulations will be effective immediately at Windsor Island Resort. If you plan to have more than 3 cars (including visitors) during your stay, please contact us to check the maximum allowance for your home.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
