Villa Description

This magnificent home wows with its sheer attention to detail, be it the impressive movie theming scattered across the home or the swanky vibes of the open-plan living space that’s like the beating heart of the home. Please note that new parking regulations will be effective immediately at Windsor Island Resort. If you plan to have more than 3 cars (including visitors) during your stay, please contact us to check the maximum allowance for your home.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date. If your PPF is already included in the price, the registration portal will display them as already paid.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
