Villa Description

This magnificent home wows with its sheer attention to detail, be it the impressive movie theming scattered across the home or the swanky vibes of the open-plan living space that’s like the beating heart of the home. It’s here you’ll lounge on chic sofas, admire abstract artwork hung on the wall, and enjoy hearty meals around the social breakfast bar island.

Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.

Please note that new parking regulations will be effective immediately at Windsor Island Resort. If you plan to have more than 3 cars (including visitors) during your stay, please contact us to check the maximum allowance for your home.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
