Access to Windsor Island Resort - *All guests have to be on the registration form and may be refused entry to the resort. *All guests over the age of 18 must provide ID.

Resort Parking Rules - the resort allows a maximum of 5 cars (including visitors). Do not block the sidewalk or park on the street or the resort will fine you. The third car needs to be parked parallel to the driveway to not block the sidewalk.

Villa Features

The home features everything you could need for a great self-catering stay, with loads of things to do in and out. But don't forget to check out the excellent amenities at Windsor Island, which are available for all guests to use at their leisure.

This gated community has an amazing clubhouse, a wealth of sports courts, a huge resort-style pool with lazy river and comfy cabanas, plus an array of world-class facilities designed to keep the whole family occupied and entertained!

Themed Bedrooms

Three of the home's six bedrooms have been individually designed and themed especially for kids (and big kids!). Let the littlest members of your party choose between Frozen, Harry Potter, and Avengers decorations and keep the magic alive long after returning home from the parks each day.

Spa

There's nothing quite like sinking down into the bubbles of your own outdoor spa after a long day. Hours of walking round the parks and attractions can be remedied by a soothing spa experience every evening, topped off with a refreshing drink in hand and you've got yourself the ideal relaxation spot!

Foosball

The upper-floor loft area is a wonderful extra space for all guests to hang out and relax, especially during lazy afternoons and evenings at home. Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
