Villa Description

Upon entering the town house, you'll be welcomed into a generous and contemporary living room. This space is crafted with an open floor plan that gracefully transitions into the dining space and a well-appointed kitchen. The living room offers a tranquil retreat for you and your guests to relax following a day of discovering the local attractions.

Head on upstairs to find a loft area complete with a Smart TV, arcade game, and a game console, providing loads of entertainment options for everyone in the family. The primary bedroom is beautifully decorated and features a spacious en suite bathroom with a king-size bed. Two further king bedrooms have their own individual style and amenities, including Smart TVs and private bathrooms with showers.

Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.

Please note that new parking regulations will be effective immediately at Windsor Island Resort. If you plan to have more than 3 cars (including visitors) during your stay, please contact us to check the maximum allowance for your home.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
