Two of the town house's bedrooms are tastefully themed and will appeal to the kids in your family in particular. The fourth bedroom with bunk beds and a TV is a real jungle! Here, the safari comes to life right before your very eyes, all thanks to a stunning African sunset mural upon the wall, as well as a few accent pieces and plush toys. Meanwhile, the fifth bedroom is fit for royalty - budding princesses will love this majestic setting, fixed with delicate pink drapery over two twin-size beds!

**EXCLUSIVE** Price includes a complimentary welcome pack with everyday essentials (milk, bread, jam, butter, tea, coffee, water, cereal and juice), along with all cleaning fees and taxes. Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.

Please note that new parking regulations will be effective immediately at Windsor Island Resort. If you plan to have more than 3 cars (including visitors) during your stay, please contact us to check the maximum allowance for your home.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
