Villa Description

Sleeping up to twenty-four guests comfortably, this spacious home has everything you need and more for a glorious Orlando self-catering stay. The open-plan layout makes for lots of togetherness and fun, with a comfy living area, fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar to seat four and large dining table to seat sixteen people.

Outside, you'll find your expansive pool deck with sparkling pool and bubbling spa for all-day relaxation and fun in the sun. Bring your meals outdoors and dine al fresco, and simply pull up a lounger for basking in Florida's famous rays during your days off from exploring the parks.

Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.

Please note that new parking regulations will be effective immediately at Windsor Island Resort. If you plan to have more than 3 cars (including visitors) during your stay, please contact us to check the maximum allowance for your home.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
