Villa Description

Resort Parking Rules - The resort allows a maximum of 3 cars. Do not block the sidewalk or park on the street or the resort may tow. 3rd car needs to be parked parallel to the driveway to not block the sidewalk. No motorcycle parking is allowed at this resort.

Mystic Dunes Golf Club borders the community, and while most visitors drive 0.8 miles, it is technically within walking distance. Formosa Gardens Village is only 2 miles away and offers convenient shopping, a good mix of restaurants and takeaways, and a mini-golf course. Walt Disney World is just 3 miles from the resort, making visits to the magic easy.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
