Villa Description

The condo's bright living room has a comfy sofa and a 42-inch flat-screen TV for cosy nights in after long days out and about. The dining table seats four people and the adjacent kitchen is fully-equipped with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffeemaker, toaster, kettle, pots and pans, and all the dishware and utensils you'll need for whipping up meals and snacks. Also available is a full-size clothes washer and dryer for your convenience.

The home sleeps up to six people comfortably, with a master bedroom that features a king-size bed and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed and adjoining full-size bathroom, while the third bedroom has two twin beds and adjoining full bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have their own TVs, ensuring personalised entertainment is always within reach.

For a little extra excitement, there’s an arcade room, while active holidaymakers can enjoy tennis, volleyball, and basketball courts. Younger guests will love the onsite playground, and for everyday essentials or a quick treat, the resort sundry shop has you covered with snacks, Starbucks coffee, and souvenirs to take home.

Windsor Palms is located just south of Highway 192, close to many of the area’s main attractions. Mystic Dunes Golf Club borders the community, and while most visitors drive 0.8 miles, it is technically within walking distance. Formosa Gardens Village is only 2 miles away and offers convenient shopping, a good mix of restaurants and takeaways, and a mini-golf course. Walt Disney World is just 3 miles from the resort, making visits to the magic easy.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
