Villa Description

Tastefully decorated, this end-unit property has a TV in every bedroom and a large-screen TV in the living room on the ground floor for cosy family movie nights. Large sliding glass doors open up to the outdoor space where you can enjoy a dip in the pool or lounge on the deck for some Florida sun.

Next to the living room there is a fully-equipped kitchen with all the cutlery, crockery and cookware you'll need should you decide to eat in, and a dining area for you to enjoy eating together. Also, on the ground floor is a bedroom and bathroom.

Upstairs there is a master bedroom with a king-sized bed and en suite bathroom. A second upstairs bedroom with two twin beds and its own en suite bathroom, which is located next to the laundry area.

Formosa Gardens Village is only 2 miles away and offers convenient shopping, a good mix of restaurants and takeaways, and a mini-golf course. Walt Disney World is just 3 miles from the resort, making visits to the magic easy.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
