Villa Description

The open-plan living room includes a 36-inch flat-screen TV for cosy nights in together on the sofa. The fully-equipped kitchen features everything you will need for a delightful self-catering stay including an oven/range, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and coffeemaker, as well as all cutlery, crockery and cookware. The kitchen breakfast table has seating for four people, and the large dining table seats up to six people.

Walk out of the sliding doors to your large furnished, screened-in deck to enjoy the built-in swimming pool or simply to enjoy the beautiful Florida sunshine at your leisure.

Windsor Palms is located just south of Highway 192, close to many of the area’s main attractions. Mystic Dunes Golf Club borders the community, and while most visitors drive 0.8 miles, it is technically within walking distance. Formosa Gardens Village is only 2 miles away and offers convenient shopping, a good mix of restaurants and takeaways, and a mini-golf course. Walt Disney World is just 3 miles from the resort, making visits to the magic easy.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
