In 2025, Universal Orlando Resort entered a transformative chapter in its history with the huge expansion of its parks and hotel collection, welcoming a fourth theme park, Universal Epic Universe, and three gorgeous new hotels: the cosmic-inspired Stella Nova and Terra Luna Resorts, and the celestial-themed Universal Helios Grand Hotel.

Now with a total of 11 unique accommodation options, there’s more choice than ever for your next Orlando holiday. But with so many options, more than ever, you might be wondering which Universal hotel is best for you. Based on first-hand experience, this guide can help you make the right decision.

The Universal Resort Hotels follow a three-tier grading system, with Value Inns & Suites and Prime Value Hotels on the more affordable end of the scale, and at the other end, the Signature Collection, which offers added luxury and more exclusive benefits.

However, whichever accommodation you book, you will find universally-loved amenities.

All the Universal Orlando Resort hotels include the following perks:
  • Early Park Admission to avoid the queues (valid theme park admission required. Select attractions)^
  • Complimentary resort transportation between parks, hotels, and CityWalk (often by water taxi or shuttle bus)
  • Resort-wide charging privileges using your room key
  • Delivery of retail purchases made in the parks directly to your hotel

In addition to the above, Signature Collection hotels* enjoy these complimentary benefits:
  • Universal Express Unlimited – this pass allows you to enter a separate, shorter Express Lane at participating rides and attractions (with valid park admission)
  • Priority restaurant seating
*Excluding Loews Sapphire Falls Resort and Universal Helios Grand Hotel
