What to Expect From Your Stay

Check-in

Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is 11am. When it comes to checking out, you can do this via television, phone, email, express checkout box, or keep it traditional at the front desk. The friendly staff are always on hand for any of your check-in or check-out queries.

Rooms

There are two types of rooms at Universal’s Endless Summer Resort. The standard room is equipped with two queen beds and all the hotel comforts you could need, including an LCD TV and a mini-fridge for any late-night cravings you may have. However, if you plan on bringing all the family along, you will want to opt for the two-bedroom suite. Sleeping up to six people, it also comes with its own kitchenette, picnic table, and a bathroom with separate bath and vanity areas. There is also complimentary Wi-Fi in all rooms, with the option of upgrading to Premium for optimal use.

Benefits

Fancy exploring Diagon Alley before the crowds roll in or being first in line for a Butter Beer? Well, with a stay at Universal’s Endless Summer Resort, you get the benefit of Early Park Admission to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter. This means you have free reign to soak up the magic for up to one hour before the park opens to all other guests. But if that’s not enough, other benefits include resort-wide charging privileges with your room card, as well as shopping made simple with purchases direct to your door from select stores.

Amenities

It may only be a Value Resort, but Universal’s Endless Summer Resort doesn’t hold out on amenities. Both hotels feature expansive pools with fun-filled poolside activities such as Connect Four and ping-pong, as well as a separate splash pad for the little ones. Then keep the good times rolling in the games room, where you can challenge the family to arcade battles. And remember, just because you’re on holiday doesn’t mean your fitness goals need to be forgotten. The resort also boasts a fabulous fitness centre where guests are treated to state-of-the-art machines for the ultimate workout. And what’s a stay at a Universal Resort without taking home some merchandise to show for it? Well, luckily both sites also come with their very own Universal Studios store located in the lobby for all your souvenir needs.

Dining

Beach Break Café - This food court, with a Southern California ambience has it all to satisfy those stomach growls. For breakfast, you can go sweet with pancakes, or tuck into hearty bowls and burritos with a wide choice of fillings. And lunch and dinner options are just as pleasing. Take your pick from a menu of pizza, pasta, burgers, enchiladas, salads, and more.

Sand Bar - When you’re in need of a little thirst quenching, head on over to the Sand Bar. This laidback poolside bar has a refreshing menu of cocktails, frozen drinks, smoothies, beers, and wine. We recommend the Skittles flavour infused cocktail, Disco H20, or fully embrace the beach vibes with the rum and blackberry brandy based, Surf Rider.

Pier 8 Market
- Unwind with a bite to eat in this casual food court offering at Dockside Inn and Suites. Featuring stations for every palate, you can tuck into a variety of sandwiches, burgers, and soups. Or, if you want a quick fix, there are a variety of Grab-N-Go snacks to pick from.

The Oasis Beach Bar - The Oasis Beach Bar at Dockside Inn and Suites has the spirit of summer written all over it. Kick back in the tranquil setting of bamboo wood and palm trees while you gulp down one of their tasty tipples. Choose from a variety of beers, cocktails, and wines, and let the holiday recharge begin.

Starbucks - Situated at both Dockside and Surfside, Starbucks is the trusty option for grabbing that morning (or afternoon) pick me up. Of course, Starbucks is the go-to for more than just coffee. A menu of pastries, sandwiches, wraps, and teas, means there’s something to satisfy all the family.

Pizza Delivery - After a day of theme park frolicking, you may simply crave a cosy night in your hotel room. Well, the Pizza Delivery option at both sites means you can do just that, even when hunger strikes. Offering freshly made pizzas direct to your door until midnight, all you have to do is press the pizza button on your in-room phone. There’s also a wide selection of starters, desserts, and drinks too for the ultimate family feast.
