As the seasons change, there's no better time to celebrate sunny skies, longer days, and flowers in full bloom. And if there's one place we'd love to catch all the spring vibes, it's got to be Florida, as the Sunshine State’s theme parks buzz with fun-filled, taste-bud-tingling festivals bursting with springtime energy. Ready to take a bite? Here's your guide to the springtime fun happening in the Sunshine State.

Walt Disney World

EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival

Get ready to smell the roses - literally - as EPCOT rolls out its green carpet from 4th March to 1st June 2026. EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival brings the magic of Disney to life through stunning topiaries shaped like your favourite characters - we’ll give three shears to that! Stroll through vibrant gardens bursting with colour, from Beauty and the Beast in the French Pavilion to Winnie the Pooh in the UK Pavilion, and even Simba and his pride in World Nature.

But it’s not just about the blooms. It’s about the bites, too. Outdoor Kitchens serve up seasonal creations (think edible flowers and Insta-worthy plates), or follow the Garden Graze, a delicious food trail with eight sweet and savoury stops - all tracked in your Festival Passport. Best of all, access to this floral fiesta is included with a valid EPCOT admission, meaning more to see, taste, and love at Walt Disney World this spring.

Universal Orlando Resort

Universal Mardi Gras: International Flavors of Carnaval

Celebrate the festive spirit of New Orleans with a Florida twist at Universal Mardi Gras, running now through 4th April 2026. Get lost in a kaleidoscope of colours, collect sparkling beads, and taste your way around the world with dishes from places like China, Colombia, and Canada.

Catch the Mardi Gras parade as dazzling floats roll through the streets, each one more extravagant than the last. Plus, on select nights, enjoy live performances by big names like Bebe Rexha, Zedd, Ziggy Marley, and The All-American Rejects.

Mardi Gras at Universal Orlando Resort is a blast for the whole family. From the delicious eats to the epic entertainment, there’s something for everyone, and your theme park ticket gives you access to all the fun.

SeaWorld Orlando

Seven Seas Food Festival

Ready for a globe-trotting food adventure? From 30th January to 17th May 2026, SeaWorld Orlando's Seven Seas Food Festival serves over 200 mouthwatering dishes - with rotating menus debuting this year, inspired by the flavours of Italy, Brazil, Germany, and beyond.

And what's a food fest without some tunes? Groove to live music ranging from New Orleans jazz to Irish folk and Mexican mariachi. If you're feeling extra festive, join the street parties and DJ dance-offs that'll keep the vibe going all day and night.

Your standard SeaWorld ticket gets you access to the festival, so you can indulge in global eats and still have time for those heart-pounding rides and attractions. What more could you want?

Busch Gardens Tampa Bay

Food, Wine & Garden Festival

Who doesn't love a little wine, dine, and live music? At Busch Gardens Tampa Bay, you can have it all. From 6th March to 10th May 2026, on every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, the Busch Gardens Tampa Bay Food & Food, Wine & Garden Festival serves up a feast for the senses.

You'll find delicious dishes inspired by Caribbean, North American, South American, and European flavours, all paired with wine, craft brews, and tasty cocktails. While you're taking it all in, you can also enjoy live performances from chart-topping acts in pop, rock, Latin, country, and classic genres every weekend.

Your park ticket includes access to the Food, Wine & Garden Festival, so you can enjoy the music for free. Just bring your appetite for food and drinks, which are available for an additional cost.
