Stretching across two decks, the World Stage Theatre wraps you in a 270-degree LED screen that brings every performance to life. Each evening features two performances to suit different dining times, from Broadway-style productions to live music, comedy, and cultural showcases. Always full of energy, the Rolling Stone Lounge brings the best of live rock and pop to the stage. A talented band performs curated sets covering everything from rock classics to modern hits. It's one of the ship's most popular spots to spend the night.

Billboard Onboard is where music lovers gather. Two pianists take turns performing popular hits across the decades, encouraging sing-alongs, requests, and a bit of friendly trivia. Large screens display lyrics and fun music facts, so you can join in or simply enjoy the show.

The onboard casino offers all the excitement of classic gaming, from slot machines to blackjack, roulette, and poker. Complimentary gaming lessons are available for those who'd like to learn the ropes before placing their bets.
 

Noordam's pool deck is designed for both relaxation and fun. The Lido Pool features a retractable glass roof for year-round enjoyment, along with two hot tubs, a grill, and a bar. At the ship's aft, the Sea View Pool offers a peaceful, adults-only retreat with whirlpools and sweeping ocean views. 

The Greenhouse Spa & Salon is a calming space dedicated to wellness and renewal. Its thermal suite includes heated ceramic loungers, aromatherapy steam rooms, and a hydrotherapy pool. A full menu of treatments, from massages and facials to body wraps and medi-spa services, helps you feel refreshed and revitalised.

Noordam offers a welcoming space for young travellers. Divided into three age groups, Littles (3 to 6), Middles (7 to 12), and Teens (13 to 17), the kids' clubs feature age-appropriate activities such as crafts, scavenger hunts, video games, sports, and themed parties. Teens have their own lounge, The Loft, where they can relax, watch movies, and enjoy music nights with new friends.

Set on the Sports Deck, Pickleball at Sea combines friendly competition with spectacular views. Join open play sessions, beginner lessons, and occasional tournaments, all with complimentary equipment provided. 

For an evening that feels a little extra special, head to the Pinnacle Grill. Inspired by the Pacific Northwest, the menu features prime steaks and just-caught seafood, with favourites including fillet mignon and Alaskan king salmon. Open for lunch and dinner, it’s the kind of place you’ll want to book ahead, and probably visit twice.

Canaletto captures the easy charm of an Italian dinner with friends, where the conversation flows as freely as the wine. The menu is full of comforting classics like fresh pasta, Ossobuco, and herb-crusted chicken. Save room for dessert - the tiramisu and lemon ricotta cheesecake are worth it. 

Morimoto by Sea blends Japanese inspiration with global flair, featuring dishes like Angry Lobster Pad Thai, Ishiyaki Buri Bop, tuna pizza, and pork gyoza. This restaurant is all about creativity, craftsmanship, and the freshest seafood from Holland America’s worldwide network of ports.

Noordam’s main Dining Room is open for breakfast, lunch, and multi-course dinners, with menus that change nightly. Expect everything from broiled strip loin and grilled salmon to hearty vegetarian dishes and regional specialities inspired by the day’s port. With sweeping sea views and friendly service, it’s a dining experience that feels both relaxed and refined.

Inside Staterooms are perfect if you who love comfort without the extra frills. Though these rooms don’t have windows, they feel cosy and calm. Each features a queen-size bed, complete with Holland America’s Signature Mariner’s Dream bed and plush Euro-Top mattress. You’ll also find a private bathroom, a sitting area, and thoughtful touches like a flat-screen TV and complimentary Elemis bath products. 

Wake up to natural light and the shimmer of the sea in an Ocean View Stateroom. These rooms feature a picture window and the same comfortable layout as the Inside Staterooms. Enjoy a queen bed, a private bathroom, and a sitting area for relaxing with a book or movie. With extras like plush bedding, a flat-screen TV, and Elemis bath products, it’s a great choice for those who like a view without upgrading to a Verandah Stateroom.

For those who love the fresh sea air, Verandah Staterooms add that perfect touch of outdoor living. Each one comes with floor-to-ceiling windows and a sliding glass door that opens onto your own private verandah. Inside, enjoy a sitting area with a sofa, a queen-size bed, and a private bathroom with a bathtub and massage showerheads. 

Noordam’s Suites offer extra space, comfort, and thoughtful touches. Signature Suites include a queen-size bed, a sitting area with a sofa bed, a private balcony, and a bathroom with a whirlpool tub and separate shower. Neptune Suites take it further, with a king-size bed, a large sitting area, a walk-in closet, an expansive balcony, and a spa-style bathroom.
