For a New Orleans-inspired night out at sea, Orleans Parish Supper Club offers live jazz, craft cocktails, and a multi-course tasting menu for an elevated evening. The menu leans into Cajun and Creole flavours, with rich sauces, carefully layered courses and dishes designed to match the rhythm of the evening’s live music. As one of the ship’s speciality dining venues, it’s especially popular with couples and adults looking for a more refined evening onboard.

Royal Railway - Hero Station is one of the most unique dining experiences on Hero of the Seas. Set inside a luxury train-inspired carriage, the venue combines dining with immersive storytelling through synchronised visuals, sound, motion effects and live performances. The pacing, transitions and theatrical elements are all designed to make you feel like you’re part of the story rather than simply sitting down for dinner.

Best known for its relaxed Italian dining made for sharing, Giovanni’s Italian Kitchen offers handmade pastas, artisanal pizzas, traditional entrées, and shareable dishes designed for gathering around the table. The atmosphere strikes a balance between relaxed and refined, making it a favourite for families. A dedicated wine bar enhances the experience, offering Italian and international wines that pair naturally with the menu.

Family Cooking Classes bring a more hands-on dining experience to Hero of the Seas. Designed for parents and children to cook together, these guided sessions focus on simple techniques, creativity and enjoying the process as a family. Held in a dedicated culinary space within the Surfside neighbourhood, the classes are relaxed and interactive rather than formal or instructional. You’ll prepare approachable dishes together before sitting down to enjoy what you’ve made.

For a simple, comfortable place to recharge, Interior Staterooms offer an affordable way to enjoy the ship while still benefiting from modern Icon Class design. Standard Interior Staterooms sleep two guests, while Spacious Interior and Interior Plus options offer additional room, sofa beds and, in some categories, walk-in closets for up to four guests. Contemporary finishes, smart storage and well-designed bathrooms keep the rooms comfortable and functional throughout the cruise.

Ocean View Staterooms offer large picture windows overlooking the sea, bringing more light and openness into the room. On Hero of the Seas, you can choose from several layouts, including Panoramic Ocean View and family-focused Surfside View options. Configurations range from couple-friendly rooms to family layouts sleeping up to four guests. Surfside-facing categories place families close to play areas, casual dining and children’s activities within the Surfside neighbourhood.

For fresh sea air, ocean views and extra space to unwind, Balcony Staterooms are among the most popular accommodations onboard, offering private outdoor space alongside a wide range of layouts and views. A standout feature is Royal Caribbean’s Infinite Balcony concept, which opens floor-to-ceiling windows at the push of a button to create an open-air balcony experience. Traditional Ocean View Balcony and Large Balcony Staterooms are also available for a more classic balcony setup with larger outdoor areas. 

Suites offer the ship’s largest accommodations, with options ranging from Junior Suites to expansive multi-level signature suites. Junior Suites offer larger layouts, upgraded bathrooms, and additional living space. Higher-tier options, such as Grand Suites and Owner’s Suites, include separate bedrooms and larger balconies. At the top end are signature accommodations, including the Icon Loft Suite, Royal Loft Suite, Ultimate Family Townhouse and Ultimate Family Treehouse. These suites feature multiple levels, dedicated entertainment areas, and private outdoor spaces with whirlpools.
