Fitness centre

The on-site fitness centre is for the exclusive use of The Ben guests and is open 24 hours a day, every day. Work up a sweat across a range of equipment including exercise bikes, free weights, cardio equipment, elliptical machines, treadmills, and weight machines.

Bike rentals

Give your feet a break and let two wheels do all the work by exploring the West Palm Beach neighbourhood by bike. The Ben offers a free bike rental service to help you get around and soak up the sights. It’s also a great way to build up an appetite for lunch or dinner!

Many cultural and historic attractions are within walking distance - with Palm Beach Island is just a five-minute drive away. Grassy Waters Preserve with its wetlands and hiking trails can be reached in around 20 minutes. Palm Beach International Airport is approximately four miles from the hotel.

Proper Grit also has a cocktail bar with outdoor seating where you can relax with a post-dinner beverage. Live music on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights adds that little something extra to your dining experience. As does Happy Hour, which runs from 12pm to 6pm Monday to Friday. In-room dining is available between 7am and 11pm.

Take the lift from the ground floor up to the rooftop lounge and bar, Spruzzo, to discover a menu infused with Mediterranean flavours. Spruzzo is open between 11am and 11pm Monday-Thursday and Sunday, with a later close of 12am on Friday and Saturday. Evenings here are all about gathering around the fire pit and enjoying live music.
