The boutique shopping district of St. Armands Circle offers plenty of choice for all shoppers as well as waterfront views, which can be admired from one of the many restaurants. You’ll find fantastic gift stores, boasting a range of unique souvenirs to bring home, staple fashion stores, like Tommy Bahama, and a number of art galleries. Many of the shops are well worth investigating – even if you aren’t planning to make a purchase. For example, The Peanut Shop of Sarasota, which offers peanuts in just about any flavour imaginable!

The restaurants and cafes here at St. Armands Circle are pretty good too. Enjoy fresh seafood fare at the Blue Dolphin Café, a popular spot for breakfast and lunch. Take in the beautiful views from The Terrace at Surf Shack, which offers a tropical-inspired menu and rooftop dining. There’s also plenty of choice when it comes to ice cream – with not one but four decadent ice cream parlours sat in the Circle.

St. Armands Circle is located in St. Armands Key, a small barrier island in the city of Sarasota. It’s approximately half a mile from Lido Beach. Most parking in St. Armands Circle is free and available in the Circle itself, one of the nearby parking lots, or in the John Ringling Boulevard or Boulevard of the Presidents area.
