You’ll start in the heart of the busy French Quarter and meander down the Mississippi, passing the lively activity of America’s second largest port. As you sail along, you’ll hear the sights and sounds of river life which inspired many stories in film and literature like Mark Twain’s Tom Sawyer and Huckleberry Finn. You’ll cruise past the Chalmette Battlefield, where the legendary pirate Jean Lafitte and his swashbuckler crew joined Andrew Jackson’s fight against the British in the Battle of New Orleans.

The cruise includes a buffet lunch with plenty of flavoursome Creole dishes.
