This comfortable rental is fully-equipped with everything you need for a fabulous self-catered stay. The open-plan living areas make socialising easy, with an inviting living area boasting comfortable sofas and a flat-screen TV, plus a kitchen and dining area fit for refuelling after busy days spent exploring Disney’s magic. Entertainment is never too far either, thanks to the in-house games room complete with a pool table, foosball, and a basketball game.
The villa’s outdoor living space has a private swimming pool and overspill spa for guests to splash in, plus a patio dining table fit for al fresco dining.

After a jam-packed day at the attractions, shopping or golfing, stepping into the cool and airy interior of your holiday home will refresh your senses.
When you’re not cooling off in the swimming pool, going head-to-head in the games room or watching TV in the living area, you can retreat to your bedroom for some private TV time - since every space has its own flat-screen TV.
Calabay Parc exudes serenity and quiet living in its lush community of palm-tree-lined streets. The natural setting of green lawns backed by a conservation area is wholly peaceful, as you feel like you’re out in the countryside. Delight in the spacious living of a villa home with your own private swimming pool, basking in the glowing Florida sun and cooling off in the sapphire waters.
On the lawn, there’s a sheltered climbing frame with slides, swings and hanging rings for children to use. Both smaller and older kids can play in this area, as the apparatus is designed for children of all ages. Parents can sit on the surrounding benches and supervise their children as they burn off their energy on the jungle gym.
Wide open lawns stretch between houses and the conservation area – ideal for having a family picnic under the sun or for kicking a ball. Kids can run around while adults use the vast green space to exercise, soak up the sunshine or lie on the grass reading a book.
You can’t fault Calabay Parc’s location as it’s within walking distance to Publix supermarket and Champions Crossing shopping centre. Within this area, there’s a pizza place or sushi restaurant and a liquor store for those evenings at home with a chilled beverage. The shopping area also has a Redbox film rental and a nail salon.
Calabay Parc villas are located on Highway 27 in Davenport, on Orlando’s outskirts. But you’re not far from world-famous theme parks, championship golf courses, and the convenience of shopping centres. You’ll be surprised by the quality of entertainment minutes from your homely villa.
Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.
This is an individual home contracted directly with the homeowner via a property management company. Please note that in the event that the home becomes unavailable before your stay due to the home being sold or removed from rental by the property manager, you will be offered an alternative home as per our booking conditions. If you are booking this home for specific requirements we may not be able to match these on the alternative home offered.
Please be aware that the images we use may not represent a properties exact specification at time of arrival as the homeowner may change a room(s) style, or other aspects of the property prior to arrival.
If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
