All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

Please note that in the event that the home becomes unavailable before your stay due to the home being sold or removed from rental by the property manager, you will be offered an alternative home as per our booking conditions.
