Villa Description

If you fancy a break from exploring the theme parks, start your day by kicking back and relaxing in your very own south-facing swimming pool. Once you’ve had enough of splashing around, bring out your competitive side with a game of pool, followed by a chilled evening watching your favourite blockbuster movies on one of the large LCD TVs in either the downstairs or upstairs lounge area.

Alongside easy access to both the US27 and the I4, it’s the perfect setting for days out to the local theme parks and attractions or nearby beaches on either the Gulf or Atlantic coasts.

Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
