Villa Description
The eat-in, open concept kitchen is perfect for whipping up your favourite meals and snacks at your leisure. And there are two living rooms, both featuring comfortable couches and large TVs for watching preferred movies and shows during your downtime away from the parks. The dining room has a large table so the family can sit together and enjoy their meals in comfort and style. There are four king en suite bedrooms, a twin bedroom, and a bunk bedroom that promises a fun and comfortable space for the youngest members of your party!
Relax outside by your private pool and spa and unwind on one of the many lounge chairs while enjoying that famous Florida sunshine. For added comfort, there's a shaded lanai with comfortable seating and a dining area as well, perfect for al fresco meals.

Resort Parking Rules: the Resort only allows 3 cars per home. Do not block the pavement or park on the street or you will be fined. The third car needs to be parked parallel to the driveway as to not block the pavement.

Life at Emerald Island naturally revolves around the clubhouse, where you’ll find most of the resort’s amenities. The sundry shop is handy for snacks, and the clubhouse regularly hosts movie nights and themed events. Resort Pool

**EXCLUSIVE** Price includes a complimentary welcome pack with everyday essentials (milk, bread, jam, butter, tea, coffee, water, cereal and juice), along with all pre-arrival cleaning fees and taxes. Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.
All guests staying in Emerald Island must pay a car parking fee of $20 per car per stay. Guests are advised to proceed to the Emerald Island Club House on arrival, where they will be required to provide a booking confirmation including duration of stay and address. Note, if guests arrive after 10pm, payment will have to be made the following day.
Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.
If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
