Villa Description

Upon entering the home, you will find yourself in an elegant and contemporary open-plan living space, comprising a lounge, dining area and kitchen. Three of the bedrooms are also downstairs, which is ideal for multiple families or large groups, as it means guests can spread out.

 

The garage space has been utilised as a games room that includes a foosball table, ping pong table and a multi-arcade video game, offering a separate hangout spot for those who need to let off a bit of steam on lazy days at home.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

This is an individual home contracted directly with the homeowner via a property management company. Please note that in the event that the home becomes unavailable before your stay due to the home being sold or removed from rental by the property manager, you will be offered an alternative home as per our booking conditions. If you are booking this home for specific requirements we may not be able to match these on the alternative home offered.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
