Villa Description

The whole family will fall in love with the home’s bright and open-plan design, bringing extra touches of elegance to your getaway with its darkwood furnishings, plush sofas, and hanging lighting. You’ll relax the day away in the main hub of the home: the kitchen/lounge/dining room combo where you’ll cook up meals on the stainless steel mod-cons and feast around the six-seater dining table.

 

You can also take your food al fresco to the backyard lanai, where you’ll find a giant twelve-seater dining table, an east-facing private pool, and plenty of sun loungers for topping up your golden Florida glow. There’s plenty of family fun elsewhere too, like the Mickey Mouse-themed bedroom (Disney fans, this one’s for you!) and a games room where pool players and foosball fans can have a field day.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

This is an individual home contracted directly with the homeowner via a property management company. Please note that in the event that the home becomes unavailable before your stay due to the home being sold or removed from rental by the property manager, you will be offered an alternative home as per our booking conditions. If you are booking this home for specific requirements we may not be able to match these on the alternative home offered.

Please be aware that the images we use may not represent a properties exact specification at time of arrival as the homeowner may change a room(s) style, or other aspects of the property prior to arrival.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
