Useful Information

Please note that guests wishing to use the Providence Resort communal pool and gym facilities will be required to pay Homeowners Association fees on arrival.

Guests have the option to pay either a daily fee of $10 per adult per day, or a weekly fee of $40 per adult per week. Children under the age of 16 will be exempt but must always be accompanied by an adult.

The fee covers access to the pool areas and gym only. There is no charge to use other communal facilities, such as the tennis courts or playground. Payment can be made at the clubhouse front desk when checking in to use the pool and gym only and payment can only be made in cash or by cheque.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

This is an individual home contracted directly with the homeowner via a property management company. Please note that in the event that the home becomes unavailable before your stay due to the home being sold or removed from rental by the property manager, you will be offered an alternative home as per our booking conditions. If you are booking this home for specific requirements we may not be able to match these on the alternative home offered.

Please be aware that the images we use may not represent a properties exact specification at time of arrival as the homeowner may change a room(s) style, or other aspects of the property prior to arrival.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
