Villa Description

The living room is a hub of comfort and style, featuring a giant flat-screen TV, innovative lighting, and several seating areas furnished with plush sofas, accent chairs, and a chaise lounge, all included for total relaxation. The adjoining spacious kitchen opens up to the living area and showcases beautiful tiles, top-notch stainless-steel appliances, sleek granite counters, and a high-top dining bar to seat eight people. The nearby formal dining table seats eighteen guests and provides the perfect setting for elegant meals when you fancy eating in.

Villa Features

For the tweens, teens and grown-ups, this retreat is a paradise, with a huge home cinema, a secret arcade room, and an upstairs gathering area equipped with both Xbox One and PlayStation 4 games consoles, offering boundless entertainment during your stay.

The outdoor area is as impressive as the inside space, boasting a vast patio and sparkling pool area that stretches across the entire width of the home. The pool boasts a soothing waterfall feature, shallow splash areas that are great for the little ones, a bubbling overspill spa to seat ten people, and two in-pool loungers where you can relax in the sunshine while absorbing blissful views of the golf course.

Cinema Room

The separate home theatre room is wonderful for guests of all ages and provides an extra space for an immersive cinematic experience, with comfy, expansive seating and a large, wall-mounted flat-screen TV. Exciting days out can be spent unwinding with your favourite films in the comfort of your own holiday home - all you need is the popcorn!

Games Room

The grown-ups in the group will love having the option to work out in the state-of-the-art gym, and afterwards unwind in one of the three lavish bars within the home. The epic upper-floor loft comes complete with pool and foosball tables for a little healthy competition, and also features a unique four-TV video wall, which is an absolute dream for sports fans!

Themed Bedrooms

The kids will be enchanted by the themed bedrooms, where their imaginations can run wild. A Star Wars-inspired room transports them to the heart of a galaxy far, far away, and boasts cool bunk beds for extra adventure. The princess-themed bedroom offers double bunks custom-built into a castle, as well as a wardrobe brimming with costumes for immersive play. The underwater-themed playroom offers an extra splash of fun with its shark-inspired climbing frame, ropes that descend from a sunken ship, and indoor slide for plenty of fun!

Please note, not all of our homes in Reunion have Membership, which comes with access to on-site amenities and waterpark. Please ensure you have read the description of this home fully to establish this.

**EXCLUSIVE** Price includes a complimentary welcome pack with everyday essentials (milk, bread, jam, butter, tea, coffee, water, cereal and juice), along with all pre-arrival cleaning fees and taxes. Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
