Villa Description

Sleeping up to fourteen guests, this custom-built home impresses with its ultra-modern interior design and high-end furnishings, including plush seating, contemporary lighting, and unique and colourful artwork. Youngsters will especially love the vibrant and super-animated skateboard-theme bedroom where they can spot some of their favourite cartoon characters painted on the wall. Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

This is an individual home contracted directly with the homeowner via a property management company. Please note that in the event that the home becomes unavailable before your stay due to the home being sold or removed from rental by the property manager, you will be offered an alternative home as per our booking conditions. If you are booking this home for specific requirements we may not be able to match these on the alternative home offered.
