Villa Features

The downstairs living space acts as the hub of the home, with glass sliding doors opening up to the gorgeous west-facing pool terrace where the whole family can come together to make lifelong memories.

If the youngsters need some extra fun and games, they can head upstairs to play the PlayStation in the upstairs loft lounge whilst you adults whip up some dinner in the large family-style kitchen equipped with every appliance you need. Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

This is an individual home contracted directly with the homeowner via a property management company. Please note that in the event that the home becomes unavailable before your stay due to the home being sold or removed from rental by the property manager, you will be offered an alternative home as per our booking conditions. If you are booking this home for specific requirements we may not be able to match these on the alternative home offered.
